What do you do when there are thousands of documents stored all over the place that you cannot move or edit but also need to sort in a useful way? Well you call us and we create a program to scan all these documents and directories and merge this into a practical interface.

The Kisawa Drawing Tracker was deployed for an incredibly specific environment to manage all the information flowing during the Kisawa Construction. The software first saw adoption in December 2019 and was finalized in Mid 2020. The objectives were monumnetous: 

1. Scan ~18 000 documents across ~200 directories each morning and report all changes.

2. Email notifications to all relevant parties. 

3. Print all required documents and keep a record of this so that when any revisions are made, the original documents can be recalled and super seeded. 

4. Identify duplicates across directories, leaving them in place and highlighting similar documents that a user might mistake for the same document.

5. Create organized backups of all documents without duplicates.

6. Safe guard against fraudulent behavior from all parties.
